*NOTE* i was unable to get this version working fully, dip swiches and input changes do not seem to work.. although it does save a cfg file it does not seem to load them, nvram does work however.
a variant of Mame complied with Intel C++ compiler.
on avg games run 10-20% faster then official mame developers build.
this build runs on windows.
first known version is .56b, last known version is .98
the author has abandoned fastmame project and no longer hosts fastmame or responds to emails. (authors info below)
